Review pre-expenditures submitted by Starts Assistants (SA)
Point out any discrepancies and send to SA(s) to resolve
Track starts daily/weekly to ensure deadlines are met
Communicate between SA(s), manager and divisions on starts progress
Ensure SOPs submitted on time
Ensure SOPs are being filled out properly
Ensure starts being submitted are being trenched within the timeline set by the controller
Advise Regional Operations Manager(s) of any homes approaching trench cut-off deadline so they can take action with the division
Primary trainer for new SA(s), also for new tools used by SA(s)
Drive simplification on starts process
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
