• Continuously evaluating and refining loss prevention strategies and procedures based on industry best practices and emerging trends. • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Review closing paperwork for accuracy and completeness.

• Arrange customer closing appointments with attorney's office and notify customers in writing of the closing details.

• Notify mortgage company of scheduled closing dates.

• Supply attorneys with closing documentation, including final surveys, soil treatments, contracts, certificates of occupancy, and keys.

• File all closing documents in the lot file for future reference.

• Obtain expected closing dates from Construction Management for all contracts.

• Update stages of completion and actual closing dates in the Homebuilders software system and Sales Report software as information is provided.

• Distribute the Stage Report to Construction Management.

• Make bank deposits as required.

• Review pre-expenditures submitted by Starts Assistants (SA)

• Point out any discrepancies and send to SA(s) to resolve

• Track starts daily/weekly to ensure deadlines are met

• Communicate between SA(s), manager and divisions on starts progress

• Drive simplification on starts process

• Creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web applications. This involves designing layouts, typography, color schemes, and graphical elements to create an attractive and intuitive user interface.

• Translating design concepts into functional HTML and CSS code. This includes implementing responsive design techniques, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and optimizing front-end code for performance.

• Developing interactive and dynamic user interface elements using JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. This involves creating interactive forms, implementing client-side validation, and handling user interactions.

• Working closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the user interface design aligns with the overall user experience strategy. This includes understanding user research findings, incorporating design guidelines, and iterating on the front-end design based on user needs and goals.

Back-End Responsibilities:

• Building the server-side logic and functionality that powers web applications. This includes developing server-side code using programming languages such as Python, Ruby, PHP, or Node.js.

• Designing and integrating databases to store and retrieve data for web applications. This involves creating database schemas, writing SQL queries, and optimizing database performance.

• Creating APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to enable communication between the front end and back end of web applications. This includes designing and implementing RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs to facilitate data exchange and integration with external services.

• Implementing security measures, such as authentication and authorization, to protect web applications and user data. Optimizing application performance by managing server load, caching data, and optimizing database queries.

• Conducting thorough testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. This includes writing automated tests, performing code reviews, and troubleshooting problems to ensure the smooth functioning of the application.

• Deploying web applications to production environments and ensuring proper configuration and ongoing maintenance. This includes monitoring application performance, addressing performance bottlenecks, and applying updates or security patches as needed.

  
  

• Manage homebuilding construction through all phases to ensure the delivery of a quality home.

• Schedule subcontractors and delivery dates for materials.

• Conduct walk-through inspections and other scheduled inspections with the homeowner.

• Assist in securing property (land) and home site positions

• Permit Research: Conducting thorough research to identify the specific permits and approvals required for the project based on local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant guidelines.

• Gathering and organizing all the necessary documentation, such as architectural drawings, engineering plans, environmental assessments, and other supporting materials required for the permit application.

• Completing and submitting permit applications to the appropriate regulatory authorities, ensuring that all required forms are accurately filled out and accompanied by the required documentation.

• Maintaining regular communication with regulatory agencies, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the permit status, address any inquiries or additional requirements, and facilitate the timely processing of permits.

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and guidelines throughout the permit approval process, making any necessary adjustments or revisions to the application or project plans as required.

• Creating and maintaining a system for tracking the progress of permit applications, including keeping records of submission dates, review timelines, approvals, and any conditions or restrictions associated with the permits.

• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the permit approval process, which may involve coordinating with various stakeholders, providing additional documentation or clarifications, or appealing decisions if necessary.

• Facilitating the expediting of permits, when possible, by prioritizing urgent applications, leveraging relationships with regulatory authorities, and ensuring that all necessary information is readily available.

• Responsible for reviewing production schedule to meet plot plan request and start package deadlines

• Manage plot plan process by tracking approvals and uploading plot plans to server, archiving outdated plot plans as necessary.

• Assists with compiling and executing start package documentation.

• Build all specs in NewStar including entering plan and options per the plot plan requests.

• Assists with the design of spec homes selecting finish/color packages for unsold homes prior to cutoff deadlines. Inputting paperwork in NewStar and submit changes to Purchasing and Construction.

• Process all solar option paperwork.

• Manage and update exterior color scheme map for all communities.

• Review exterior color boards for accuracy.

• Assists marketing in reviewing brochures for accuracy.

• Visit model homes under construction throughout building process to ensure installation of design options is accurate. Create punch list items and corrections as needed.

• Assist in reviewing and updated Addendum S for all communities.

• Under broad direction, provides advanced consultation and advice in support of marketing content creation, and the development of product and solution messaging.

• Requires working with multiple stakeholders to set project goals, timelines, and campaign strategies.

• Develops marketing strategies for business units, geographies, and PSLs through projects and expert advice. Applies knowledge of corporate mainstays and strategic focus areas to better advise on business objectives.

• Plans and executes marketing events and campaigns across all forms of media in support of business unit objectives, support content creation, including campaigns, messaging, web, social media, brochures, product videos, etc.

• Liaise with digital marketing, creative, brand and communications team to lead on quotes/proposals, kickoff calls, projects and campaigns, brand/design system compliance, timely delivery of assets, digital marketing, and internal/external communications.

• Champion Halliburton brand standards, digital design system, and best practices. Utilize/maintain Digital Asset Management tool: upload, tag, and maintain designs in DAM.

• Provide general support to technical papers and presentations. Support the PSL with internal events such as town halls and webinars.

• Sets project priorities, identifies and assigns required resources, manages project budget, and directs the work of external vendors to ultimately deliver within timing and budget constraints often across multiple projects at any given time.
